Working With Us

We partner with childcare centers in the Seattle area to offer creative movement and dance classes to boys and girls of preschool age. The weekly classes are taught onsite at your facility during regular business hours.

Establishing a Partnership

WhirlyBuds aims to make offering movement classes to your students as easy as possible for you and your staff. We put a great deal of effort in to making students, staff, and parents happy week after week. We provide the music, props, and play while you get to witness the joy of your students revelling in the world of dance.

WhirlyBuds works with centers in two ways:
Direct Relationship: all students take class, and the center pays for the lessons
Service Relationship: parents who choose to enroll their child sign-up for class and pay for the lessons

Whatever partnership structure you choose, we work together to determine the logistics that work best for your center. Please note that service relationship rates are provided on the website, and if you want to work with WhirlyBuds in a direct capacity, email us for our price sheet. Additionally, WhirlyBuds is happy to provide a custom quote for centers who wish to work with us in other capacities. Simply contact us with your wants and we will see what we can do.

Getting Started

WhirlyBuds wants to make sure each partnership starts with a solid understanding of expectations. It is because of this desire that we offer every center a complimentary trial class. We also discuss curriculum, class size, and other logistics that aid in establishing a successful relationship.

WhirlyBuds tailors the lessons based on a number of factors. We want to make sure students are getting the most out of each lesson, therefore we’ll need to know the following:

  • Number of participating students
  • Age range of participating students
  • Confirm the class duration (30 minutes)
  • Class day and time options
  • Curriculum choice (Toddler and Creative Movement)
  • Relationship choice (service or direct)

In an effort to make the relationship as smooth as possible, we will support you in any capacity we can. WhirlyBuds will provide each center the necessary legal documentation for working together. In addition to weekly classes, we also offer our centers monthly newsletters.
